Refunds

Opened Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened and used products.

Unopened/Unused Products: To receive a refund, ship the package back to us within 7 business days after you received the package; major holidays not included.

(Customers are responsible for return shipping fees)

Once we receive the package a $3.50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.  

(Address will be provided on packaging)

Exchanges are only made with unopened/unused products: To make an exchange customer must mail the product back to us within 7 calendar days; major holidays not included.

Once we receive the package; we will process the new order within 24- 48 hours. (Weekends Not Included)

Customers are responsible for shipping fees and a $3.50 restocking fee for the replacement item.

If you have more than one item, the first item will be charged the $3.50 restocking fee and every item after that will be charged a $1.50 restocking fee for replacement items. (Customer are responsible to pay the difference on orders who have less than four products.) 

Lost and Damaged Items 

We are responsible for:

  • Lost packages in transit (with correct address)
  • Damaged / Spilled packages caused by transit (we ask that you keep all packing materials) 
  1. notify us within 1 business day.
  2. Return the original packaging and products.

(Return shipping fee is not covered by us; replacement shipping fee is covered by us.)

Once we receive the damaged package please give us 24-48 hours to process and replace order.

We are not responsible for:

Lost package (if address provided was incorrect or incomplete)

If this does happen notify postal carrier listed in tracking information.

If they are unable to find your package you can notify us so that we can process your new order.

  • Packages that have been verified as delivered by the postal carrier (with correct address)

Notify us within 1 business day and please give us 24-48 business hours to process and replace lost package.

  • Accidental damages to product (not done during transit)  

If this does happen email us a picture and we will give you a discount on your next purchase of that same product. (GLASS ITEMS ONLY)

Shipping 

Processing: Orders will be processed 24-48 hours from the date order was placed. Processing means after we receive customer information and when we start to prepare the order. 

Shipping: Orders are shipped 2-5 business days after the date order was placed. (Holidays not included)

Estimated Arrivals: After date of purchase package should arrive between 2-7 business days.

Monday-Friday: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (EST) for same day shipping.

Saturday-Sunday: Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
